Fairfield Youth Lacrosse is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to promote the game of lacrosse in the Town of Fairfield in
a fun, safe and sportsmanlike environment.  FYL is dedicated to the skill development of the game without emphasis on a team's winning record.  FYL will endeavor to instill the values of sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, fair play and a love of the sport of lacrosse for players, coaches and officials.  FYL believes that sportsmanship is a way of life and will set an example of good sportsmanship and friendly competition for our young players. Fairfield Youth Lacrosse is an active member of US Lacrosse and the Positive Coaching Alliance.

Volunteer!
VOLUNTEERS
NEEDED

FYL is a volunteer based not for profit organization that relies on parent volunteers to run its programming.  If you are interested in becoming a parent volunteer or coach, please click the REGISTER ONLINE tab on the left and continue to the parent volunteer/coach registration.
Please note - this does not obligate you, it only signals your interest.  As teams are being formed we will reach out to you to further discuss opportunities.
Q & A

Why are tryouts so early?

We need to determine the number of teams, hire technical coaches, line up volunteer coaches, reserve field space, and order uniforms - among other things!

How do I update my contact information?

You can add or change email addresses or cell phone numbers for text messages by accessing your own FYL account through the “Edit My Account” button on the left or simply clicking here.
